
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts
1 large onion
5oz of cherry or grape tomatoes
1 jalapeno
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of mustard
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Onion powder (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Parmesan cheese (to taste)
1lb of pasta
1 jar of green pesto
1 jar of red pesto

Cooking Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil for your pasta. Cook per the instructions given for the pasta. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water for your sauce before straining the pasta.
2. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of butter.
3. Dice the veggies and chicken
4. Once the butter is melted and your skillet is warm, saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.Then add the remaining veggies for about 5 minutes before adding the chicken. If your chicken is not already cooked, cook in a separate pan or in the oven.
5. Add mustard, spices, jars of pesto, and parmesan to the skillet of veggies. Add pasta water when needed until you’ve created the consistency of sauce your family prefers.
6. Once pasta is done and sauce is well combined, plate and serve.
